We like to spice things up here at CHILLCON, as far as we're aware, we're the only convention in the UK to offer this kind of option to our visitors... SWAG BAGS! Crammed with wargaming goodies from both well known manufactures and small independent games companies, there's something for everyone.

PERKS OF PRE-BOOKING
Although you are able to pay on the day, we do encourage visitors to pre-book their ticket. Pre-bookings ensures you not only get your hands on our FREE show miniature, but you'll also have a chance of winning a 'Golden Ticket' that you can spend with the traders at the show. The value of the golden ticket can vary from £5 to £10 and we have 10 to giveaway.
TICKET FAQ's
CAN I PAY ON THE DOOR?
Yes, visitors can pay on the day when they arrive, the cost will still be the same, however you won't be guaranteed a FREE show miniature. We accept both card and cash.
WILL THERE BE A CONCESSION OPTION?
Yes, we will be offering a concession rate to the age of 65+. The concession rate will be £3 on the door, this will be on the door price only, this option will not be available to pre-book.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY TICKET?
If you pre-booked your ticket, our ticket provider 'Eventbrite' should send you your tickets automatically via your chosen email address. Once you arrive at the show, please present your QR codes ready to be scanned in. We will have a manual list as back up, but this will slow the process down.
COLLECING SWAG BAGS
Once you arrive at the venue there will be a dedicated collection point where you can claim your mighty SWAG!
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
For what ever reason, we are happy to refund your tickets. Our refund policy is up to 30 days before the event for both SWAG and SWAG Bag Plus options, general admission tickets are not affected by this policy.

COLLECTING YOUR SWAG BAGS
We will have a dedicated collection point for you to collect your bags from. We do ask that you collect these before 1pm on the day of the event. After the 1pm deadline we do have the right to mark them for sale for our visitors to buy. This is to prevent from us storing any unclaimed swag bags.
CAN I HAVE MY SWAG BAG POSTED?
Unfortunately this is a service we can't offer, this is due to a few reasons; 1) some items for the bags are brought to the show by traders on the day ready to pack for opening. 2) Postage costs would be an added cost due to the size, weight and insurance due to the cost of the bags.
I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND, CAN A FRIEND COLLECT IT FOR ME?
Yes, we're happy for you to arrange collection, however all we ask is that you e-mail ahead (info@chillcon.net) with your name, order number and who will be collecting it for you. Once your bag has been collected, we cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage of the items.
